Join us at Frankie's of Grundisburgh for our first rejuvenating Wellness Day. Held on Sunday 21st September from 10am til 3pm.

We are so excited to welcome Celia, Briony, Lucy  & Georgina to bring you a day full of Pilates, sound bath, breath work, facial rituals & clay.

A nurturing day dedicated to your well being a chance to slow down, move mindfully and reconnect with yourself. 

We will release a full timetable for the days activities prior to the event.

If you’d like to join for a run, we will kick the day off with Yves Studios 5km run club free to all and suitable for all ages and levels at 9am.
