Our mini bars represent the evolution of our bar format. Whereas the 70g bars are made to be tasted, enjoyed and savoured over several sittings, the mini bars are crafted to be enjoyed as a single portion. Simply tear open and savour. Enjoy with a morning coffee or as an after dinner treat.  New to our collection of mini bars is our Rye Crumb, Milk & Sea Salt 60%.

A bakery series bar, featuring our own baked goods. The crumb of our 100% rye loaf is added to this our Ecuador 60% Dark Milk. The mellow creaminess of the milk chocolate shows off the nuttiness and acidity of the rye grain.

Ingredients - cocoa beans, organic cocoa butter, cane sugar, milk powder, breadcrumbs (wheat & Rye flour, natural sourdough starter, sea salt), sea salt. 4 x 20g mini bars. May contain milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.
